Supervisors (HBA, GNF, Household, Toys)

1. Maintains the highest level of product display and availability, and quality of products on the shelf.

2. Ensures consistent delivery of excellent customer service and satisfaction.

3. Supervises work performance of staff and supplier reps./merchandisers/promoters.

4. Maintains high standard of store cleanliness and atmosphere.

5. Requests, updates and maintains POS materials.

6. Monitors and controls both internal and external shrinkage.

7. Implements all relevant company policies and procedures.

8. Carries out other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Line Manager.

1. Maintains high standard of display and promotional merchandising.

2. Maintains pricing and advertising materials standards (POS)

3. Monitors appropriate stock level to ensure shelf availability to achieve maximum sales and minimum level of aging stock.

4. Ensures compliance in practicing FIFO (First In, First Out) principles

5. Coordinates to return near expiry, slow-moving and damaged stocks to supplier

6.  Ensures timely placing of orders and coordination with suppliers and store’s Receiving Dept. for deliveries

7. Implements layouts, initiatives and display agreements as determined by the concerned Category Buyer.

8. Suggests to concerned Buyers through local knowledge of customer requests, any new product lines, ranges and services to increase sales.

9. Secures stock and control of shrinkage.

10. Delegates tasks ad responsibilities to subordinates and follows up task completion.

11. Ensures all staff work efficiently and comply to all company policies and procedures and reports any deviations to the Head of Operations.

Requirements:

– Relevant experience of 3-4 years in Hypermarkets/Supermarkets

–  Currently residing in Qatar with valid QID.
